The Members & Teams screen

Members holds the people of your client organisations. You enter someone once and then re-use their details in every campaign you set up.

Click Members in the top menu. The screen Members & Teams has two parts:

  • Teams on the left: a tree of teams, each with its number of members. Use filter to find a team.
  • The selected team on the right: its members with name, email and Level. A green dot means active.

hide inactive is on by default; the count shows how many members are hidden. The search bar at the top searches teams and members across the whole tree.

Before you can add people you need a team; see Adding a team.

Members not associated with any team

At the top of the team tree is not associated with any team. Click it to see Unassociated / Unassigned Members: people who are a member but sit in no team.

To give such a member a team, open the member, choose a Team and click Save; see Changing a member's details.

What the Edit Member tabs show

Besides General and Extra, Edit Member has four tabs that show what happened with this person. The number next to a tab is how many items it holds.

Tab Shows
Reports The reports made for this member
Campaigns Every campaign the member takes part in, with token, variant, language, status, start and end date, and progress
Mail-Log The emails the platform sent to this member
Shares Who this member has temporarily given access to their report

Campaigns and Mail-Log can be downloaded with the download button. Mail-Log is the first place to look when someone says they never received an invitation.

Member-ID and Created on at the top of General identify the record.

The level determines what a member sees

Members can log in to the portal, see the details stored about them and find their reports. The Level determines what level of access they have there, and with it which reports they can see.

The available levels are set up per environment, to match the assessments in it. Give the person who leads a team the level meant for leaders; other team members get a level that only shows them what is meant for them.

If someone cannot see a report they expect, check their level first. An import leaves Level empty unless the file has a column for it; see Columns of an import file.

Set or change the level in Edit Member; see Changing a member's details.
